Arriving at FPC:

If you’re coming to the 8:30 service it is easiest to park on the west parking lot off of Ingalls Avenue.  As you enter you will find Schneider Hall on your left.  If you come for the 11:00 service it’s easier to park in the South parking lot off of Pascagoula Street and enter from any door.  The sanctuary is located on the northeast corner of the campus. If you are looking for the church offices, park in the small east lot, enter the building and follow the signs towards the sanctuary.  You will find them on the right.

Also, look for our greeters wearing name tags at all of the entrances, and they are happy to show you around or point you in the right direction!

What should I wear?

We have no dress code at First Presbyterian so come as you like.  You’ll find that some dress up and some dress down, but no matter what you wear, you won’t feel out of place.

Where will my kids go?

The Children's entrance is located on the west side of the building.  Upon entering, all children up to 4th grade will be checked in by a volunteer using our online system.  You will then be directed to the nursery for children ages newborn to three, Schneider Hall for the 8:30 am service or the Sanctuary for the 11:00 am service. You will find signs directing you there from any door you enter. Children ages four and over are encouraged to join their parents in worship. During both worship services children between 4 and 3rd grade will be excused to go to Bible Zone where they will have a special service of worship that is age appropriate and Christ-centered.  You may get them from the Children’s Ministry area after the service.

Do we have Sunday School?

Yes!  We believe that Sunday School is a wonderful place to go deeper in your faith.  While our classes are all different in their studies, you will find a warm sense of community and fellowship along with careful study of God’s word.  Preschool through 4th grade children’s classes are located on the first floor in the center hallway of the church.  Youth (5th – 12th) meet on the Youth Ministry Hall on the second floor.
