One Church.
Two Ways to Worship.

At First Pres, we offer two ways to worship because we believe God is glorified through both contemporary and traditional worship services. Each service reflects a unique way of encountering His presence—whether through modern worship and practical teaching or through timeless hymns and liturgy. By providing both, we honor our heritage, embrace the next generation, and welcome people with different worship preferences to grow as disciples. No matter the style, our purpose is the same: to glorify God, make disciples, and meet the spiritual needs of all who gather.

Join us as we glorify God through both contemporary and traditional WORSHIP SERVICES.

Our Services

conTEMPORARY Worship
 Daniel Moore, worship leader

Our 8:30 AM contemporary service, held in Schneider Hall,  offers a relaxed, modern style of worship with band-led music and scripture-based teaching. It’s designed to help us glorify God and live out our faith in everyday life. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and uplifting—an encouraging way to begin your Sunday.

TRADITIONAL WORSHIP
Director of Music, Ric Sawyer

Our 11:00 AM traditional service takes place in the sanctuary and features classic hymns, choir-led music, and a reverent liturgy rooted in Scripture. This service reflects the warm, rich heritage of our faith while helping us glorify God and grow as disciples through worship that is meaningful and enduring.

Pastors Matt Mitchell and Jason Mendoza rotate preaching each Sunday, guiding our church through a variety of sermon series throughout the year. From Lent and Advent to stewardship and books of the Bible, their shared leadership brings depth, clarity, and a steady focus on God’s Word.  The sacrament of Communion is served the second Sunday of each month in both services.
