At fpc,pascagoula, our Children’s Ministry helps kids grow in God’s love, learn to follow Jesus, and share His kindness with others—glorifying God one heart at a time.
we believe children are a vital part of our church family and an essential part of God’s story. Through worship, classes, fellowship, and special events, we nurture their faith and equip them to grow as followers of Jesus. Every child is welcome to join in the life of our church — to learn, worship, and discover God’s love in a joyful, caring community.
Sunday School classes are offered from 9:45 to 10:45 each Sunday, and we are currently using the Gospel Project Curriculum as a guide for navigating through Bible stories and lessons. You will find the following classes and the nursery in the children’s wing located inside the south entrance to the church.

NURSERY AND TODDLERS
A nursery is provided for ages birth to three from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm. Our babies are provided professional, loving care each week by skilled childcare professionals.
SUNDAY MORNINGS
BIBLE ZONE
Before the sermon in both services, children ages four through third grade are invited to take part in Bible Zone—a fun, faith-filled experience created just for them! In Bible Zone, kids explore God’s Word through interactive stories, games, videos, and crafts that bring the Bible to life. When it’s time, a caring volunteer will guide them to the Bible Zone room for their special time of learning and discovery.

We love making church an engaging and welcoming place for kids! Here’s what your child can look forward to all year long:
Wednesday Night Bible Study
Wednesday nights are full of energy and excitement! Kids meet at 6:00 p.m. in the Bible Zone room for Bible stories, games, and hands-on art projects. Hungry? Dinner is served at 5:15 p.m. in Schneider Hall—just $5 per person or $20 max per family—so the whole crew can come early and eat together!
Vacation Bible School
Summer = VBS fun!
Each year we host a week-long Vacation Bible School for children ages four through fourth grade. It’s open to everyone and packed with praise, laughter, friends, and unforgettable memories!
Special Events
We keep the energy going all year with awesome events just for kids, like Trunk or Treat at Halloween, a Christmas choir and children’s program, Easter picnics, and surprises in between! These events are all about faith and friendship as our children grow together in our church family.
